What is in-line blending?

In-line blending mixes blend components from separate dedicated tanks, which enable precision blend recipes.

Why is in-line blending better?

•	Quality - In-line blending can deliver the highest industry tolerances by enabling us with the ability to manage our variance, and set distinct control limits.

•	Seed processing - In-line blending is gentle on the product, unlike batch blending that has been know to be damaging.

•	Packaging integrity - In-line blenders generate little to no static electricity which delivers superior packaging quality, unlike batch blenders which generate static making all the inert matter visible in the package.

•	Flexibility - In-line blenders are easy to clean enabling quick changeovers. Batch blenders are at higher risk for contamination when switching products.
